Vegetable Samosas | Vegan Samosas

To make this amazing Recipe of Vegetable Samosas you will need:

For the filling:

  • 1 tbsp of cumin seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder, you can also use fresh ginger
  • 1 big carrot
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6 medium mushrooms
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt

    For the dough:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter or vegetable spread, vegan butter works best because the vegetable spread leaves the dough a bit soft but both will do
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk, I used soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
