Vegan Meatballs

To make this delicious recipe of Vegan Meatballs you will need:


  • 1 cup of TVP(Texturized Vegetable Protein) and 1 cup of water to rehydrate it
  • 3 tbsp of ground flax seeds and 15 tbsp of water to create a Vegan Egg
  • 1 can of cooked and drained lentils (400gr)
  • 1/4 of a medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp parsley, black pepper to taste, 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1/2 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of oregano. (Feel free to adjust, add or skip any of the spices to your taste)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Feel free to add more breadcrumbs if you like your meatballs firmer)


  • 1/4 of a medium onion
  • 1 sun-dried tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 4 cups of tomato sauce or pasta sauce
  • 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tbsp of basil, 1/2 tsp of mustard and 1 tsp of sugar
